Gail Montgomery, Stage Director, ECC
Gail Montgomery stage directed her first ECC musical, "Seussical," in the spring of 2015. Gail is an actor, director, singer, choreographer and CPA. She is a member of the Evergreen Players improv comedy group (EPic), along with her husband Bruce. She was most recently seen in "The 39 Steps," at Center Stage theater in Downtown Evergreen. Gail has also appeared in “Parallel Lives, “Hairspray," and numerous other shows in New York and Colorado.
Lisa Cole, Artistic Director, Prelude
Lisa began her artistic career performing in musical theater and traveling the country with show bands. She was co-owner of The Promise Band, singing and also playing keyboards and saxophone.
Lisa holds a BA in Music and Speech Communication from Metro State College of Denver, and a MA in Information and Learning Technologies from CU Denver. Lisa currently teaches music at Platte River Academy, a K-8 charter school in Colorado's Douglas County. Lisa has been involved with Prelude since 2007, and two of her three children have been members of ECC.
Lindy Casados, Artistic Director, ECC
Lindy has been with the Evergreen Children's Chorale since 1997. She began teaching music in the public schools in 1993 after graduating from The University on Northern Colorado. She went on to earn her Master's degree from Colorado Christian University. Lindy has been a part of the Evergreen community and the theater groups here since she was only a year old.

Justin Johnson, Executive Director, ECC
Brenda Bartel, Assistant Music Director
Brenda joined the Prelude team in Fall 2012. She became ECC's Company Assistant Music Director as well in 2015. She currently teaches elementary music in Jeffco Public Schools. Brenda has a BA in Music Education and a BS in Elementary Education. While teaching in Kansas, Brenda was the Artistic Director of the 40-member auditioned Newton Community Children’s Choir.
Justin's vast theatrical career has spanned thirty-six years in which he has produced, directed and acted in a variety of comedies, dramas and musicals, including recent productions at StageDoor of To Kill a Mockingbird, Barefoot in the Park, Deathtrap, Steel Magnolias and the sell-out fan-favorite The Full Monty. He has also been involved backstage with props, lights, sets, costumes and sound throughout his career. He won a Westword award in 1998 for Best Environmental Theatrical Production for the show K2, which was held in a climbing gym.
Justin recently left the telecommunications industry after nineteen years of service, most of which were spent as an expert facilitator and consultant. He comes to us well versed and experienced in everything from leading teams through collaboration to marketing, organizing and budgeting. He has facilitated classes on Diversity, Coaching, Change Management and The Speed of Trust.
